Black Sea Countries to Discuss Use of Tweening Mechanism
Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. A.Badalova / The Tweening program on institutional construction, as well as problems with its utilization will be discussed during the workshop within the EU Neighbourhood Policy in Kiev on 17 and 18 December, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Economic Development stated.
The organizer of the workshop is the Office on Program Management on Tweening.
The Black Sea countries have joined the European Union Neighbourhood Policy and Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and other countries will participate in the workshop. Officials of the Ministry of Economic Development will represent Azerbaijan at the workshop.
The key goal of the workshop is to expand relations amongst countries by creating an information network, as well as to establish an institutional basis to utilize the Tweening mechanism.
Tweening is QuickTime's general purpose interpolation mechanism. This allows the value of the parameter to change as the effect is executed.
