Mammadov/ Since the beginning of the year, the prices for second-hand cars in Ganja have increased by average 20% to $6,000, Jeyhun Aliyev, the expert of the local В.Е.С. Consultancy -which is engaged in purchase and sale of the real estate and personal estate, said on 6 March.
According to Aliyev, the demand is greatest for foreign cars in the second-hand automobile market of Ganja.
"Up to 8 cars, out of 20 sold in a month, were manufactured in CIS and the rest are foreign cars. The supply of Russian cars is great in the market, but the demand is very little," Aliyev said.
C class Mercedes is the most popular brand in the second-hand automobile market of Ganja. The prices for it vary between $7,000 and $13,000. The prices for Russian cars vary between $1,000 and $8,000.
