Kirtskhalia/ The geographical space where Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine and Moldova - GUAM participating countries are located, possesses big economic potential, Natig Aliyev, minister of industry and energy of Azerbaijan said at the end of the meeting of the economic bloc of the Council of Foreign Ministers of GUAM.
"The projects that we discussed gives us ground to say it and all these potential should be realized," Aliyev said and he said that he is pleased with the meeting.
The Minister of Economy of Georgia Ekaterina Sharashidze noted that the economic development and development of transport of the region were discussed during the meeting.
"We discussed attracting more cargo to fill up our transportation network," she said.
The Minister added that energy and agricultural issues were discussed as well. "We shared ideas which will set concrete economic projects as a target," economy minister of Georgia said.
