Azerbaijan, Baku, 11 August / Trend / Unileasing company has invested over $8mln into development of real property in the country as for 1 August 2008.
Over 50% investments were carried out this year. In 2008, Unileasing plans to invest $7mln into commercial property sector.
Investments made to develop commercial property market enable local entrepreneurs to take on lease office apartments, business centres, hotels, restaurants, premises for banks, production rooms, trade and lay premises and warehouses.
As for the end 2007, the commercial property touched 11% of company's leasing portfolio against 15.6% in the end of second quarter.
