Azerbaijan, Baku, 29 August/ Trend , corr U. Ismayilova/ The representation of HARIS PURI INTERNATIONAL of Pakistan has been registered in Azerbaijan, a report posted on Single Window section of the official website of Ministry of Taxes said.
The authorized capital stock of the company comprises AZN 60.
The founders of the company are Pakistani citizens Faroog Shahid - 34%, Kashif Khayyab - 33% and Zarbaliyev Elbrus ( Azerbaijan) - 33%.
The company has been registered by the Ministry of Taxes on 12 August.
HARIS PURI INTERNATIONAL is an exporter of fruits, yarn, spices and beans.
