Azerbaijan, Baku, 29 August/ Trend , corr U. Ismayilova/ OVEA INSAAT joint Turkish-Azerbaijani construction company has been registered in Azerbaijan, a report posted on Single Window section of the official website of Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan said.
The authorized capital stock of the company makes up AZN 100.
The founders of the company are Vugar Agayev ( Azerbaijan) and Ahmad Baider, Turkish citizen.
The company has been registered by the Ministry of Taxes on 15 August.
