Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 29 / Trend , N.Ismayilova/ " A well-grounded development strategy for future activity and tactics of its fulfillment, as well as a conception of modern management system have been developed for the privatized agricultural enterprises under support of the Azerbaijani Finre Consulting co," Faig Abbasov, acting director of Finre Consulting co, said on Dec. 29.
These measures have been realized within the framework of a project on rendering consulting services under the governmental support to the privatized companies in the field of processing agricultural production in Azerbaijan. The project covered 12 agricultural enterprises.
The project was successfully implemented early Dec. and a final report was submitted to customer of the project - the State Committee on management with the state property, Abbasov said. The privatized enterprises were individually supported under this project.
Specialists of the organization visited Latvia to get foreign experience and opportunity of its use in own activity, the head of Finre Consulting said. Data base of financial ensuring the sector and methodological materials have been developed to increase potential of enterprises to enter financial resources. Agricultural enterprises gained necessary information to establish foreign relations and to enter international markets.
"Application of the developed recommendations under the project will provide organization of their activities in line with modern requirements and to improve their competitiveness," Abbasov said.
Finre Consulting co was involved to realize the project in Aug. 2008. The project targets to render consulting services to companies to develop strategic and business plans, to introduce accounting and financial accountability on the base of international standards, to set corporate governing, as well as to structure marketing policy and present recommendations on purchase of quality certificates.
