Azerbaijan, Baku, March 13 / Trend , N. Ismayilova/

The Bank Melli Iran Baku Branch will join the Azerbaijani Milli Kart processing center by the end of the month, branch head Anar Ibrahimov said.

"The bank planned to switch to the center in February," Ibrahimov said. "Cash machines and POS-terminals are being installed. The transfer was delayed for technical reasons."

He said the bank will switch to Milli Kart after the problems are addressed in late March.

"The bank could not switch to the AzeriCard center as we could not accept certain requirements given the Iranian position on world markets," Ibrahimov said.

"Milli Kart does not have these requirements," he added.
