Georgian state budget 4 million lari short in accounts in May

Plan on income part of Georgian budget was executed in the amount of 98.8 percent in May, the ministry of finance said. The state budget got 352.7 million lari ($1 - 1.66 lari) instead of planned 356.7 million lari.

Shortage is observed in tax incomings in the amount of 328.6 million lari (97.9 percent of plan) instead of forecast in the amount of 335.7 million lari. Plan on grant deductions in the budget was completely executed, i.e. 340 million lari. Execution of other profit hit 113 percent to 23.7 million lari instead of 20.8 million lari.

Forecast on non-financial assets was executed in the amount of 148 percent but deductions hit 39.6 million lari. Forecast on financial assets was executed completely in the amount of 6.9 million lari.

Budget incomings were forecasted in the amount 2.14 billion lari in January-May 2009 but plan was executed in the amount of 2.174 billion lari (101.6 percent of plan).
