Russian President believes that it is too early to speak about the end of the global financial crisis.
"The world's key financial markets began to experience symptoms of the revival, which led to at least a number of analysts say that the global crisis has reached its bottom, its most difficult phase is going to finish, and revival will begin in the near future. I think it is too early to open champagne," Medvedev said at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, RIA Novosti reported.
The president noted that experts assess that the economics is at the crisis's peak and in the middle of a deep recession.
