Roughly 38 auctions and competitions on sale of land of municipalities will be held in Azerbaijan in June, the Azerbaijani state committee for land and cartography said on June 10. .
Roughly 4 auctions will be held in Khirdalan , 1 - Naftalan, 7 - Yevlakh, 2 - Saatli, 1 - Imishli, 2 - Gakh, 5 - Mingechevir, 5 - Geranboy, 2 - Jalilabad, 4 - Khachmaz, 5 - Tovuz, the committee said.
The first two auctions were held in the Apsheron peninsula in March. Other 8 auctions on sale of land plots of municipalities were held in May.
Upon the Azerbaijani President's decree dated December 10, 2008, land of municipalities will be sold via auctions. The state committee for land and cartography is charged with their conducting. Earlier corresponding municipalities had these privileges.
The contract is signed with winner of auction not later than 20 days.
