Deposit portfolio of individuals to Bank of Azerbaijan increased by 41 percent to 46.698,000 manat since beginning of the year. The portfolio reached 13.553,000 manat. Deposit accounts of the population increased by 43 percent in five months.
Bank offers Progressiv and Rahat Depozit deposits to clients.
The Progressiv deposit allows customers to place a monetary contribution in manats, USD or euros in very attractive interest rates - 17 per cent, 18 per cent and 19 per cent. At the same time dividends on the deposit can be monthly.
The Rahat Depozit, which was launched on June 1, has an absolute interest, and became very popular since the early days.
The essence of the product is very simple. Placing deposits to Bank of Azerbaijan client can take that money to open a credit line of up to 70 percent at any time. Dividends accrued on the deposit - 14 percent more than those that are charged on a credit line - 12 percent. At the same time dividends on deposit in any case calculated on the entire amount of the deposit, but they can receive it monthly.
