Non-bank credit organization TBC Kredit joined the Azerbaijan Banks Association (ABA). ABA is a public organization, which represents banks and non-bank credit organizations in the country. ABA was founded by ten private banks in 1990.
ABA aimed at protection of common interests of banks and non-bank credit organizations, as well as rendering efficient support to dynamic development of members of the association on the self-management principle.
TBC Kredit management considers important to be a member of ABA for further development of business and expansion of interaction with local and international finance institutes.
Non-bank credit organization TBC Kredit functioning in Azerbaijan since 1999. By the end of 2007, ShoreBank International Ltd was the sole founder of TBC Kredit, which was represented in a group of international companies ShoreBank Corporation, USA. In December 2007, an agreement was reached to purchase 75 percent by the leading Georgian bank TBC Bank.
