Starting from June 16, 2009 the placement of interest-bearing registered bonds of "Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund" will start in Baku Stock Exchange. Initial volume of offering will be 15,000,000 AZN. The bonds are offered at par, which is 1,000 AZN. The persons who are willing to buy these bonds may apply to the licensed and BSE-member organizations.
The maturity date is May 10, 2016. In case the orders exceed offering, all of the orders will be filled proportionally. Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic is the initial organizer of bonds' placement.
The prospectus of the placement can be found in "Issuers" section of Baku Stock Exchange's web-site.
The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus on May 29, 2009. The total volume of offering is 55,000,000 AZN and the coupon rate is 3%. According to the prospectus, the offering will be held publicly.
