State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) postponed beginning of realization of financial infrastructure reforming in Azerbaijan for early September, head of Seco national program in Azerbaijan Nailya Safarova said on June 24.

"Beginning of project was postponed from July to late August or early September because of change of staff in state secretariat headquarter," Safarova said.

Technical aid of Seco hits $3 million within anti-crisis program. The project covers improvement of risk-management, legislative base of credit unions, certification and financial education.
