In May the most expensive land plot was offered in Narimanov district of Baku ($320,000 per one hundred sq.m) and the cheapest in Sabunchu district of Baku ($350 per one hundred sq.m), public organization Participants of Real Estate Market said.
The average price for one hundred sq.m of land in Baku reduced 3.2 percent to 20.07 compared to April. The period of exposition of the land plots rose 2.2 percent to 226 days. A considerable drop was observed in the Sabail District of Baku - 3.8 percent.
Prices rose by 0.1 percent in the Garadagh district of Baku, which is linked with launching a huge trading center here.
The most passive district of Baku was the Nasimi District and the most active - Binagadi and Narimanov Districts in May.

In May some 77 percent of 813.2 hectares of lands offered in the market was empty area.
