A technology of cement concrete surface will be used when implementing the "Western Kazakhstan - Western China" mega-project, the Kazakh Minister of Transport and Communications, Abelgazy Kusainov said during a meeting with Günter Papenburg, the chairman of the board of Papenburg company.
The Papenburg company has opened for Kazakhstan a new technology for road construction with the use of cement concrete surface, the ministry reported.
"Particularly, it has been used in the project of reconstruction of the Astana-Borovoye motorway," the ministry added.
