In July 2009, price on a square meter of non-residential premises declined by 4.1 percent to $18,800 compared to $19,600 in June. A term of exposition of facilities increased 2.1 percent and was 234 days. A considerable decline was observed in the Surakhani District of Baku - at 9.3 percent.
Increase in prices of commercial properties was observed in the Garadagh district - by 2.5 percent, which is connected with beginning of the giant trade centre's activity in this territory. A 0.1-percent increase was observed in the Azizbayov District of Baku.
The most inactive districts of Baku on the land market were the Nasimi District, and the most active - Binagadi and Narimanov Districts.
