The construction-investment company, ABU PARK, together with the Toyota's Azerbaijan office and the commercial bank, Bank Standard, have launched an unprecedented campaign to sell apartments in elite housing complex, ABU PARK, the company said on Sept. 8.
The Bank Standard press-service reports that within the campaign, clients, who have paid the total cost of flat, will receive a Toyota car as a gift.
Depending on certain parameters on the purchased apartment, the buyer will receive a Toyota car as a gift (either a Corolla, RAV4 or Camry model). In addition, if a buyer is a Bank Standard client, he will obtain an additional discount at the rate of 5% of the cost of the apartment bought.
The top class, elite ABU Park housing complex, which was built in an excellent architectural style, is located in the city center, near the G.Aliyev Palace. The complex is equipped with high-speed, noiseless Otis elevators, a central heating system, telephone communication, high-speed Internet, cable and satellite television as well as an uninterrupted hot and cold water supply.
