Interest-bearing paperless registered bonds of FinansLizinq OJSC with state number AZ200300657 were included in non-quotation list of Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 9, the exchange said.
Sale of interest-bearing paperless registered bonds of FinansLizinq OJSC will be launched from October 12, 2009, the message said.
Volume of emission hits 600,000 manat, number of securities - 1,200 with nominal cost of each one - 500 manat. Term of bonds conversion hits 1,080 days, annual interest-bearing rate - 20 percent but date of percentage paying off 30 days. Underwriter of leasing company's bonds floatation is Respublika Invest OJSC.
FinansLizinq OJSC passed state registration on April 2, 2007. Presently, about 16 Azerbaijani physical entities are shareholders of OJSC. Major part of shares is owned by Azad Javadov and Tokay Shakhalizadeh (15.83 percent), Mobil Sharifov (15.17 percent) and Ibrahim Ibrahimov (10 percent).
