The first meeting of the Trustee Council of the Professional Risk Managers' Association will be held in November, founder and head of the association, Rufat Mahmud, said on October 15.
"Development of risk management in Azerbaijan will be discussed at the meeting," Mahmud said.
He said that eight people are trustees of the association now. The association negotiates to attract state organizations to be founders.
The International Finance Corporation (IFC) renders technical support for the association.
The association was registered in mid. of May. Establishment of the association will affect reduction of risks in financial sector. The association launched cooperation with the Centrla Bank and GARP.
