A training program to educate entrepreneurs in trade is designed in Azerbaijan, chairman of the merchants and manufacturers association, Sevgim Rakhmanov, said.
"We have already discussed this issue with the Ministry of Education. The ministry has also agreed on the need to conduct trainings for entrepreneurs for 2-3 weeks", Rakhmanov said.
He said that it will be possible after adopting of the law on professional-technical education and designing of brief training programs for trainings.
According to the results of market research conducted by the association, most of entrepreneurs, operating in trade, do not have the corresponding education or have poor knowledge of the legislation in this sphere. Rakhmanov said that conducting educational measures for this segment of the market will promote its further development in Azerbaijan in future.
