The Azerbaijani Royal Bank fixed the date of its extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders.
The Bank has informed that the meeting will be held at 11:00 on Nov. 30, 2009.
The agenda of the meeting includes matters of replacement of RB Supervisory Board's chairman and chairman of board and issue of shares.
The meeting will be organized in the Bank's office located at the address: 10, Yu, Safarov Street, Khatai District, Baku.
Royal Bank was founded in 1993 as ajoint commercial bank of OZ BANK. The current leadership of the bank launched its activities in 2004, by beginning reorganizing the bank's finance system. In 2006, the shares of Royal Bank was put on auction at the Baku Stock Exchnage and legal status of the bank was changed to open joint stock company.
