"Today, the meeting with employees of that trip will be held. They will be asked and explain whether there were citizens suspected of having infection among the passengers", Askerova said.

She said that as the citizen, arrived in Azerbaijan on October 26, but the disease was revealed yesterday, it was difficult to determine the virus on the first indications. "The passenger was unlikely to have any features of disease and high fever. So, the virus was not revealed," Askerova said.

Askerova said that the Azerbaijani Ministry of Health has not told the patient's first and last names to the medical-care service of JSC yet. "After receiving this data, lists of passengers who arrived in Baku on October 26 will be checked," Askerova said.

She said that JSC constantly conducts disinfection in arriving and departing trains before the virus was revealed. Disinfection work is held on the domestic and international flights.

Employees of carriages conduct disinfection work several times during a trip. Guides are constantly instructed. "We are fully equipped with special disinfectants and use them widely," Askerova said.

An Azerbaijani citizen temporarily residing in Ukraine's Ivanovo-Frankivsk region was found to be infected with the swine flu after returning to the Azerbaijani region of Kurdamir late October, the Azerbaijani Health Mnistry said today.

The patient was taken to the Pulmonary Diseases Scientific and Research Institute where he is undergoing treatment.
