On Nov. 13 in 2009, ordinary registered book-entry stocks of Baki Sigorta OJSC with the state registration number AZ100200599P were admitted to the unquoted list of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the BSE reported.
BSE informed that sale of ordinary registered uncertified shares of Baki Sigorta OJSC will be started from Nov. 17, 2009.
1,084 shares were registered with face value of AZN 233 in the total amount of AZN 252,572 each.
Underwriter is Respublika Invest LLC.
Persons, intending to purchase shares, can apply to an organization being the members of BSE CJSC and having a brokerage license.
The company has a license to offer 27 types of insurance service.
On Nov. 14, the official exchange rate is 0.803 manat to $1.
