The Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee suspended a broker-dealer license issued for Kapital Partners LLC, the Committee said.
"A license was suspended based on the company's appeal Jan.7, 2010," the committee informed
The company was issued permission for a broker activity March 7, 2008
Presently, 30 professional participants are allowed to participate on the professional securities market.
About 14 licenses were issued for broker activity, 13 for dealers, and 3 for securities governance.
In 2009, the Committee suspended a broker-dealer license of one company. Furthermore, one license was cancelled and the two professional participants were charged administrative fines worth 500 manat.
