The Azerbaijani State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents has imposed a ban on the bread production at the enterprise located in Nasimi district of Baku and owned by individual V. Mammadov, the committee reported.
"The monitoring found serious violations in the production process and revealed absence of appropriate conditions, and use of salt of unknown origin as a raw material," the committee reported.
The inspections revealed the absence of appropriate regulatory and technological documents, certificate of compliance, as well as laboratory tests on finished products.
Based on the violations, the committee has drawn up a protocol in an administrative procedure against the enterprise's management and fined the enterprise.
