Special Council on gambling will be created under the Ministry of Finance of Georgia from June 1. This is envisaged by the amendments to the Law on Lottery, gambling and other lottery games, which are submitted to Parliament.
The Council will be created by the finance minister and jointly with the Government will consider and agree on common conditions of gambling business.
The council will include representatives of Ministry of finance, Justice Ministry, Ministry of Economic Development and Ministry of Culture.
It should be noted that that in Georgia only citizens of 21 year-old can enter the casinos. But often these rules are violated.
