The Azerbaijani Economic Development Ministry's State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection has filed an unfair competition case against Unikal. The case was opened after an investigation revealed that the company was selling expired cakes and biscuits.
The company is located in Baku's Sabail district and is owned by Hikmet Huseynov. A case was filed against Huseynov according to antimonopoly legislation.
