The State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection under the Ministry of Economic Development of destroyed 18 tons of low-quality ice-cream produced by the company AER, the Ministry said.
"Company received a obligatory notice for the destruction under the control of the State Service 13.5 tons of ice cream, quality of which does not comply with regulatory requirements and 1.3 tons of ice cream due to lack of expiry date specified in the regulations, as well as on re-labeling of 3.2 tons of ice cream, as expiry date on them was indicated above allowable regulatory documents," the message says.
The State Service has taken into account the "AER" company's appeal on the impossibility of re-labeling of products from a technical point of view.
"In this regard, under the State Service's employees' control 18 tons of ice cream was destroyed," the message says.
