Azerbaijani state leasing company JSC Aqrolizinq has announced a tender for the installation of a greenhouse with a special plastic coating to cover an area of 0.4 hectares, have thermal stability at 34 degrees Celsius and wind resistance of 28 meters per second, the tender commission has said.
The winner of the tender must complete the work within 120 days from the date of signing the contract.
The state leasing company said it will give preference to proposals that are low in price, comply with international standards, and come with a warranty.
Candidates must submit tender proposals and the following documents by 5p.m. on Sept. 17:
- A request in writing to participate in the tender;
- Bank account details;
- Bank certification as to the financial state of the applicant during the past year;
- Full name, juridical status, charter, country of registration and details of the applicant.
Bids must be valid within 30 banking days after the tender procedure.
Applicants must also submit a bank guarantee amounting to one per cent of the tender offer. The bank guarantee must be valid within 60 banking days after the tender procedure.
Aqrolizinq, which was created in October 2004 by decree of the Azerbaijani president, is on the balance sheet of the Ministry of Agriculture. The company's activities are aimed at improving the agricultural sector and supporting entrepreneurship in the country by buying and leasing various agricultural equipment to local landowners.
The company has nine regional agroservice supply bases and more than 50 agroservice branches in all regions of Azerbaijan, apart from occupied territories.
The company has provided farmers with 9,467 units of agricultural machinery, including 990 grain harvesters, 2,494 tractors and 140 excavators, 5,843 vehicles and trailers for agriculture, 46 units of technical equipment and other equipment since 2005.
