Investment attractiveness of Azerbaijani real estate market to increase in two years

The investment attractiveness of the real estate market of Azerbaijan will only increase in two years' time, industry expert and MBA Group consulting company director general, Nusret Ibrahimov, has said.
"At presentation the real estate market is unattractive for investors. This situation will continue for another two years," Ibrahimov said.
He added that the investment attractiveness of the real estate market of Azerbaijan reached its peak in 2003-2006.
"Investments made in real estate during that period have returned 60-70 percent of their value per year. It was much more profitable than bank deposits. So the investors made great contribution to the real estate market," Ibrahimov said.
He said that the profits obtained from investments in real estate tend to be half as much as those earned from bank deposits.
