The number of profitable banks in Georgia has decreased over the past five months, the Georgian National Bank reported. Only 11 of 19 commercial banks finished the month of July with a profit. The figure was one less than the month before.
According to the bank, the most profitable banks are the Bank of Georgia (74 million lari), ТВС-Bank (23 million lari) and Cartu Bank (9 million lari), ProCredit Bank (8 million lari), and Liberty Bank (4 million lari).
