Industrial Construction Investment Corporation Akkord JSC was registered throutax ministry's official website has reported.
The authorized capital of the corporation is 10.79 million manat. Its founders are Akkord Insaat-Senaye OJSC and Yeni Insaat Konsaltinq Ltd. The representative of the corporation is the Azerbaijani citizen Khagani Guluzade.
Industrial Construction Investment Corporation Akkord registered three companies at the tax ministry on Aug. 25: Akkord General Construction Ltd., Akkord Beton Ltd. And Akkord Neqliyyat Servis Ltd.
Representatives of the subsidiaries are Turkish citizen Demir Yasar Mustafa, and Azerbaijani citizens Agil Karimov and Jahangir Gasimov respectively.
