The Georgian railway plans to increase speed of movement of trains on several stages of a railway since Nov.1, the structure reported.
It is as a result repair-civil work, which were carried out by Department of Rail track of branch "Infrastructure", speed of movement of trains will increase on eight stages.
Lanchkhuti - Nigoeti, Kaspi - Metekhi, Metekhi - Kaspi, Kareli - Skra, Skra - Kareli, Supsa - Jhumati, Gori - Upliscikhe, Upliscikhe - Gori are those stages on which speed of movement of trains will have increase to 120 km/h.
Before the termination of current year branch "Infrastructure", the structure plans to carry out repair work on several stages of the railway.
