The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry shares of "Turanbank" OJSC in the amount of 1.5 million manat, Baku Stock Exchange said.
Number of securities under this issue is 1,500 units at par value at 1,000 manat. Underwriter of the placement is "Chelsea Capital" LLC.
The bank's aggregate capital amounted to 1 22.012 million manat as of Oct.1, while the authorized capital - 18.5 million manat.
The bank has 25 shareholders, five of which are legal entities (21.8 percent) and 20 - physical entities (78.2 percent).
Official exchange rate is 0.7995 manat to $1 on Dec.7.
