The Azerbaijani Economic Development Ministry's National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support (NFES) has announced a contest on investment projects to finance priority areas in Siyazan, the ministry said.
During an event in Ujar as part of a state program to support entrepreneurship in the regions, talks were held with the local authorities and entrepreneurs on the efficient use of the city's economic capacity. The talks identified the following economic development priorities:
- Development of intensive animal husbandry, poultry and fish breeding, and gardening (pomegranate, quince,etc),
- Construction of processing areas meeting the modern requirements in poultry production
The fund is open for offers from business entities via authorized credit organizations from Dec.17.
