Azerbaijan Bank Training Center (ABTC) is going to attract technical assistance to implement the program Executive MBA, ABTC Javanshir Abdullayev said on Wednesday.

"We have already started talks with several international organizations and sponsors to get technical assistance to introduce the program Executive MBA, which we are going to implement jointly with leading business schools of the West," Abdullayev said.

He said that now ABTC is working over the project, as the preliminary talks with the donors have already passed and they asked for the project.

"Many people are interested in this idea, and we hope that by late 2011 we will get technical assistance to implement this project. The beginning of its introduction is scheduled for 2013, that is, we have two more years for preparatory work," Abdullayev said.

ABTC is the 36th of specialized training institutions from 14 countries (Scotland, Poland, Switzerland, Slovenia, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Greece, Russia, Germany and others), having the authority to grant the certificate of EFCB program (European Foundation Certificate in Banking). Azerbaijan Bank Training Center obtained accreditation to EFCB in 2008.
