"A conference on the Azerbaijani insurance market in Baku today will raise the awareness of policyholders, and ensure their detailed acquaintance with the insurance market, its products and its services," Azerbaijani Finance Ministry State Insurance Supervision Service head Namig Khalilov said at the event.
"Policyholders will be informed about market possibilities," Khalilov said.
The conference organizers are the Azerbaijani Insurers Association and the Finance Ministry.
The conference will address priority issues in the insurance sector in Azerbaijan and abroad, insurance legislation, products and contracts, and prospects for life insurance.
