Expo Georgia to host 13th Caucasus International Tourism Exhibition

The 13th Caucasian International Tourist Exhibition "Expo 2011" will be held at the exhibition center Expo Georgia on April14-15, the National Tourism Agency deputy chairman Beka Jakeli and Expo Georgia manager Nino Gamrekeli said at a joint press briefing on Monday.

The 13th Caucasian International Tourist Exhibition "Expo 2011" will be held at the exhibition center Expo Georgia on April14-15, the National Tourism Agency deputy chairman Beka Jakeli and Expo Georgia manager Nino Gamrekeli said at a joint press briefing on Monday.
Jakeli said that the exhibition will be attended by representatives of various countries, the Georgian tour operators, hotels and private companies in the service sphere. The Georgian regions will be represented by their own stands at the exhibition.
This year the exhibition will be large-scale - 180 organizations will be represented on 55 stands. The exhibition will run three days.

"During the exhibition, Economy Minister Vera Kobalia heads the GUAM countries' ministerial, which in addition to member countries will be attended by tourism minister of Turkey and Belarus," Jakeli said.

The exhibition will be opened by the Economy Minister Vera Kobalia and head of the National Tourism Agency Maya Sidamonidze on April 14.
