Azerbaijani State Customs Committee already ensures over 30 percent of annual budget transfers forecast

The State Customs Committee (SCC) of Azerbaijan transferred 100.227 million manat to the state budget at the expense of the customs duties and taxes collections in April, the SCC official website reported on Tuesday. In March, transfers to the state budget amounted to 100.128 million manat.

The State Customs Committee (SCC) of Azerbaijan transferred 100.227 million manat to the state budget at the expense of the customs duties and taxes collections in April, the SCC official website reported on Tuesday. In March, transfers to the state budget amounted to 100.128 million manat.
Income from customs duties amounted to 22.761 million in April, from value-added tax of imported goods - 71.108 million manat, excise taxes - 5.379 million manat, road tax - 0.979 million manat.
Forecast of transfers through the SCC for 2011 was increased by 1.8 percent (20 million manat) to 1.120 billion manat. In January-April transfers amounted to 340.797 million manat.
Last year, the State Customs Committee fulfilled the forecast at 100.16 percent, transferring 101.73 million manat to the state budget compared to the planned 1.1 billion manat.
The official exchange rate is 0.7905 manat to $1 on May 17.
