Azerbaijani Finance Minister Samir Sharif and the new Mission Director of Azerbaijan for the United States International Development Agency have recently discussed the current level of bilateral cooperation and its prospects, the report published on the ministry website said.
Green said that USAID will start implementing a project to support the socio-economic development of Azerbaijani regions by late 2011. The organization has proposed a new project in the country's health care system.
Finance Minister Sharifov described the implementation of joint projects with the agency as satisfactory. It establishes a foundation for cooperation in future projects.
