Georgia, Tbilisi, July 11 / Trend N.Kirtzkhalia /

Traffic movement was restored on the railway from Azerbaijan to Georgia, having stopped after a freight train was derailed in Georgia, Georgian Railway told Trend.

Earlier, two cisterns of a freight train derailed near the Kaspi village in the Mariani district. Tanks were empty. There were no injuries resulting from the accident.

The train was heading from the Georgian Black Sea port of Poti to Azerbaijan.

The accident resulted in some train-schedule delays.

This is the second Georgian railroad accident in days. Two cisterns leaving Poti for Armenia derailed on July 4 near the Merelisi village in western Georgia.
