The Turkmen Communications Ministry is planning to sign a contract with the Turkish company Şahin Inşaat Gida Tekstil ve Otomotiv Sanayi veTicaret Ltd. Şti, an official Turkmen source reported.
President Gurbangulu Berdimuhammedov signed the corresponding decree.
The decree reads that it will "increase quality of the Communications Ministry's services offered to population through fixed and mobile telephony communications and the Internet."
The matter is the designing and construction of an office building for the Altin Asir mobile communication enterprise in Ashgabat.
