The Central Bank of Iran governor said that the Bank has paid as much as 107 percent of allocated budget as financial facilities.
Mahmoud Bahmani told the ISNA news agency that hundreds of billion of rials should be invested in completing semi-finished projects nationwide.
The Central Bank has paid more than it had allocated as financial facilities. So, it should plan attracting other sources of investment and foreign capitals, he said.
