Kazakhstan's Ministry of Transport and Communications announced the second tender for selection of the concessionaire for the implementation of the project on Reconstruction and exploitation of the Astana - Karaganda road, the ministry's website reported.
"The tender is open to all interested concessionaires according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Concessions" the ministry said.
The Astana-Karaganda road is part of the Russian Federation's (Ekaterinburg) border - Almaty road.
The deadline for bids is 1.00 p.m. Dec. 22, 2011.
A package of tender documentation can be obtained at 32/1, Kabanbay batir avenue, Astana, Transport Tower office building, 6th floor, apart. 612 (Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.).
