Tajik President Emomali Rahmon offered to open regional offices of Bosch and Siemens companies in Tajikistan, Asia-Plus reported on Wednesday.
He made the offer during his three-day official visit to Germany, which ends on Wednesday. Rahmon visited Siemens and Bosch offices in Berlin to get acquainted with the companies' activities on producing of technical equipment.
Bosch Company's management expressed interest in establishment of trade relations with the Central Asian countries through Tajikistan.
Rahmon also discussed the inter-parliamentary cooperation between Tajikistan and Germany with Bundestag members.
German MPs appreciated Tajikistan's role in conducting operations in Afghanistan.
