Tajikistan's foreign trade turnover, including electricity and natural gas, during the first eleven months of 2011 exceeded $4 billion increasing by 18.3 percent compared to the similar period of 2010, Asia-Plus reported on Thursday.
Tajikistan's $1.7- billion trade balance in January-November is negative. During the reported period, Tajikistan had trade relations with 101 countries, including 10 CIS states.
The export volume in Tajikistan during the eleven months hit $1.15 billion increasing by 8.8 percent compared to the same period of 2010.
Tajikistan's import amounted $2.88 billion, increasing by 22.6 percent compared to the similar period of 2010.
