JSC Dariali HPS announced the tender for the construction of the main building of 108-megawatt hydroelectric power station and building a road to it, as well as face work, the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of Georgia told Trend on Tuesday.
Lot 3 envisages the construction of underground communications for hydroelectric power station, metal mine and distributors, water collector, cable mine, quenching mine, diversion tunnel, buildings for maintenance, water pool, underwater tunnel portal, pipeline for transfer of the water, channel for transfer of water.
Lot 4 envisages construction of the headwork structure, diversion pipeline to regulate a reservoir, 10 km power transmission line and fiber-optic cable.
Potential applicants must submit all tender bids before 16.00 May 14.
Construction of the hydroelectric power station with capacity of 109 megawatts will be conducted in the municipality of Kazbegi.
Some $120 million will be invested in the construction.
