The placement of a prospectus ordinary documentary registered shares of Əmrah Sığorta insurance company will begin from April 20, resulting in increase of authorized capital of the company 4.738 million manat Baku Stock Exchange said on Thursday.
Currently the authorized capital of the company amounted to 4.5 million manat.
"Əmrah Sığorta proposed to include its shares in non quotation sheet of Stock Exchange," BSE said.
The State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan registered prospectus ordinary documentary registered shares of Əmrah Sığorta in the amount of 238 000 manat. Under the emissions 1190 shares with a nominal value of 200 manat each are issued.
Underwriter of the transaction is Chelsi Kapital.
Əmrah Sığorta was established by two individuals and has been operating in Azerbaijan since 1993.
